- Our carrier is postal service only.
- Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date and time. However, when the order quantity is more than three, the carrier will automatically be the Yamato courier service. In that case, you can specify the preferred delivery timing by writing details in the remarks.
- Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days after confirming customer’s payment.
- Due to occasional circumstances such as weather conditions or social distancing procedures, some customers may experience a slight delay in delivery.
- Please note we do not offer gift packaging.
- If your credit card is not accepted due to your credit status or other reasons, we will cancel your order.
- We do not accept credit cards under a different name than yours.
- A credit card receipt will not be issued due to the payment system.
Payment by bank transfer
- This site is operated by Plus Marketing Inc. "Nihonshu no Onamae"Division.
- Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- After confirming the payment status, we will start the shipping process.
- If payment cannot be confirmed within 14 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
- Please make payment from the account in the name of the person who placed the order. If the payment is made under a name other than the name of the person who placed the order, we may not be able to confirm the payment.
- Returns and exchanges of merchandise are accepted only when the customer received a defective product or a product that is different from the one customer ordered.
- Merchandise will only be accepted in its original condition (new, unused, and unwashed) with tags attached.
- Please contact us by e-mail within 7 days including the date of delivery.
- Please note that we do not accept returns without prior notice or if more than 7 days have passed since the product arrived.
- The return shipping costs for defective products will be borne by this site. Please send by post office or Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express with cash on delivery.
- If there are any accidents such as damage during shipping, please contact us.
- Refunds will be sent to the designated account within 5 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.
